Vigo Consulting is proud to have been awarded bronze for Best M&A Communications at the recent Communicate Magazine Corporate & Financial Awards 2025 for its support of Supreme PLC’s acquisition of Typhoo Tea.
Vigo provided strategic counsel to management and worked to deploy a communications plan in short order – after media reports of Typhoo Tea falling into administration rapidly surfaced. The Vigo team sought to enhance Supreme’s involvement in the transaction, alongside articulating the wider strategic rationale of acquiring Typhoo Tea into the broader Supreme portfolio.
