We never sell this information or share it outside of our organisation other than from time to time with the specific Vigo client about whom you have enquired.

We require this information to understand your needs; provide you with a better service; for internal record keeping or for discussion with our client about whom you emailed (we may forward your information to the client about whom you specifically enquired in order to consult them prior to sending any response); and in order to properly respond to your enquiry.

On what basis will we use the information about you?
There are a number of lawful bases for the processing of your information listed below. If a basis on which we process your personal information is no longer relevant then we shall immediately stop processing your data.

Vigo emails information about our clients (in our capacity as communications consultant) to journalists, analysts and other interested parties to whom we believe it is relevant. You can opt-out of receiving communications from Vigo relating to Vigo and/or its clients at any time. If you want to be removed from any distribution list(s), please reply to the sender to let them know.
You have the right to know what personal data (as defined in the GDPR) we keep about you. You can request details of the information that we hold about you by writing to the Company Secretary at Vigo’s registered office address. When we receive any request to access, edit or delete personal identifiable information we shall first take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting you access or otherwise taking any action. This is important to safeguard your information.
How long will we keep your information?
Except as otherwise mentioned in this privacy notice, we keep your personal information only for as long as required by us:

- to properly perform our duties to our clients as their communications consultant; and
